Notes:
According to passengers of the "Mary & John", 1630, Volume 19, West Country Ancestries, 1620-1643, Part 3, Robert came as a servant {age 40) of Richard Wade of Symondsbury, Dorset with Rev. Joseph Hull's group in 1635. After arriving in MA. he remained there for a few years and then moved to Stamford, CT. In July 1642, he was granted a parcel of land at Stamford. He owned land in both Stamford and Greenwich, CT.



He was witness in July 1640 to the Indian deed of Greenwich, Old Town, to Robert Feaks and Daniel Patrick, and was granted a parcel of land at Stamford in Oct. 1642.
