Deed: 20 NOV 1788 Salisbury, Rowan Co., NC  Daniel Allaman Deed to Tobias Ferrer  This indenture made the 20th day of Nov, in the year of our Lord 1788 between Daniel Allaman, of the town of Salisbury and county of Rowan in the state of North Carolina, of the one part and Tobias Ferrer, of the town and county aforesaid Blacksmith, of the other part. Witnesseth that the said Daniel Allaman for and in consideration of the sum of 190 pounds current money of the said state to him in hand paid by the said Tobias Ferrer. The receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged that granted, bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoffed and confirmed and by these presents doth grant, bargain, sell, alien enfeoff and confirm unto the said Tobias Ferrer his heirs and assigns forever all the piece or parcel of land lying and being in the borough of Salisbury in the county of Rowan aforesaid, being the southernmost part of a certain lot, of land or ground known and distinguished in the plan or map and adjoining to that, other half part conveyed by John Dunn, Attorney at law and Mary his wife to Doctor Anthony Newman by deed of bargain and sale duly recorded and registered in the several offices of said county. The hereby granted premises to contain 6 poles fronting Corbin Street and 12 poles back from said street containing 72 poles with appurtenances as in the foregoing deed from William Brandon to Sarah Fishburn. To these words. In witness whereof the said Daniel Allaman has hereunto set his hand and seal, the day and year above written  Daniel Allaman (seal)  Signed sealed & delivered in the presence of: Henry Giles, Matt Trey  State of North Carolina, Rowan County, February session 1789.  It is hereby certified that the deed was duly recorded in the Clerks office  according to law and ordered to be registered.  Test Ad: Osborn C.C.

Daniel Allemong, son of Jacob and Elizabeth Barbara Allemong, was born about 1750 in Northampton County, Pennsylvania. He was married to Mary Magdalena Rinker, daughter of Casper Rinker 1727-1804 and wife Mary Marie Schultz 1730-1826. Her sister, Elizabeth Rinker, was the wife of Daniel’s brother, Jacob Allemong.
Daniel was found selling property in 1788 in Salisbury, Rowan County, North Carolina. He must have died after 1788 and Mary went back to Frederick County, Virginia. Daniel and Mary had one daughter, Catherine, born in 1784, who married Andrew Heironimous on 24-Dec-1801.

Mary Magdalena Rinker Allemong was 2nd married to John Rogers, son of Evan and Sarah Ballinger Rogers.

Evan Rogers was born on 26-Dec-1793 and died on 12-Dec-1876. His wife, Hannah Dalby was born on 5-Jan-1800 and died on 12-Jun-1845. In this same graveyard, Gainesboro, Frederick County, Virginia was buried John Dalby, but the inscription was unreadable.
Casper Rogers, son of John and Mary Magdalena Rinker Allemong Rogers was born about 1792, probably in Frederick County, Virginia. His death date is not known but believed to have been between 1855 and 1860. His first marriage was to Susannah Ellis on 24-Apr-1815, a daughter of Morris Ellis. Susannah died on 12-Apr-1831, aged 31 years, and was buried in the Quaker graveyard at Gainesboro, Virginia. Casper then 2nd married Eliza Ann Brown, daughter of Adam and Christina Zuber Brown, 16-Aug-1832. They had at least eight children.
